I think my phone has been hacked.

So I’ve received a text that my voicemail was blocked due to multiple failed pin attempts. (THESE WEREN'T MADE BY ME) I thought it was a scam text until I tried to ring my voicemail and it is in fact blocked. I can’t access it whatsoever.

You will need to ring customer service and get this looked into and they should be able to get it reset for you. Unfortunately we have no customer account access on here. 

 

Customer service reopen at 8am and can be reached on 150.

Have you thought about enabling Visual Voicemail?   No more dialling numbers to check for messages and the PIN thing goes away.
