iPhone is on 24 month contract and only in month 15. It has stopped working after overheating and won’t charge. Have tried holding down the buttons to reset and plugging in computer - absolutely nothing. What do I do next?

Hi @MD42,

Welcome back to the community 🙂

I can see that @Northerner has already given you some great advice. Did you have a chance to contact Apple yesterday?

Our Tech Guru Team will also be able to complete a diagnostic on your account.

Alex 🙂

I did and they were not helpful as the phone is out of their warranty period. Just said I would need to buy a new phone.
I have been into EE today and spoken to someone.
Thank you
