Brand new phone, open box.

Had a supposedly brand new phone delivered today, and the original box is open. 
Anybody else had this?

GR19.. I have come across instances where a product coming from overseas has to be opened to change something.. maybe a euro mains plug to uk spec, different accessories, manual etc.  Is everything inside the box that should be there?

Buying from EE wouldn't encounter this @wardi 

 

You are purchasing a UK version so it would already have a UK plug.

 

@GR19  you need to call EE and discuss your options

 

But they won't send you a new device until you have returned this one and they have received it and processed it their end.
