iPhone 13 pro max sierra blue

Hi,

I ordered the IPhone 13 pro max in sierra blue, 128Gb and 100gb data plan in store on the 7th October. I was told it would be 28 days and would get a text to go and collect and since I’m at uni would have to get a parent to collect for me, however I have had no text and there are no emails to me or my mum who’s email should be on record. 
I am unsure of what to do in this case and would appreciate any help

@Abiwaughx  You need to contact the store as that was the place of order. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B @My mum spoke to the people in EE and they said it’s not here and she would get a phone call when it is, however no estimated date given. 
All I’m looking for is an estimated delivery date, especially due to me being away from home for uni
