iPhone 13 pro max order tracker

It’s been a month since I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max (silver 128GB). My order tracker updated a week ago to say that dispatch is expected within 24 hours (absolute lie). I checked this morning, and it’s gone back to “order confirmed” ?????? Why? In the delivery queries, EE said they update the tracker when they get a new delivery - does this mean I was supposed to get my phone from that new delivery and they decided to give it to somebody else? What an absolute farce.

I have had this too, after waiting a month already! I checked this morning and it’s now gone back to “order confirmed”. It’s an absolute farce.

Your point is unlikely. EE would have likely expected stock which never arrived. Apple own site says 23 Nov - 30 Nov for this device and they will prioritise their customers first.
Simple fact is supply chains are stretched and delayed. Nothing EE can do about thatvas it's a global issue.
