Ordered a IPhone12 pro online on the 17th. Expected delivery today. Had only email on 17th.
phone EE yesterday, assured it would be here today. Phoned again this morning. To be told would have a message confirming delivery time by 10:30am. No message, phoned EE a third time to be told. Oh, it’s still an open order. But can’t help you because you ordered online, and the was along hold time to speak to the right department. Told could use online chat. Tried to and am told to call 150.
So, can someone from EE call me and confirm when I can actually expect my new phone.
