I ordered my new iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks a go. I was told it will be with me within 14 days. I’m now on the 13th day of waiting and am yet to Receive a dispatch time. Will I get my phone on time or not?
I have checked the information for this model and due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for this iPhone on a first come first serve basis.
We are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

The fact that the link you sent me in the most recent text message isn’t working doesn’t help at all. It simply says ‘sorry we can’t show your order details right now’
Others in the forum seem to be able to access the tracker with an expect despatch of 4th-9th Jan....I don’t even have access to my order any longer. Why is this?
It’s not very good customer service to say you’re fulfilling orders as and when you get stock. Set realistic expectations. How far behind are you in terms of a back log? Is it realistic that I’ll be waiting until the new year now (which will put the wait to between 6/7 weeks). If this is the case you really shouldn’t be advertising any of the models as ‘expect despatch within 28 days’ as this simply isn’t true.
You were quick to take £400 from myself and my partner for or order but are reticent to provide any meaningful information as to when we could possibly expect delivery.
