So I’m out of the UK again until next month and had arranged to go back to pay as you go. However it says my account is now closed!!there is no live chat on the app and I am barred from calling!!! Help.

I got a 'reminder' from Openreach to sign and return a works permission form.This was done three days ago and I don't see a way of contacting Openreach.Text message failed and most of their 'help' pages tell people to contact their internet supplier....
