iPhone 12 pro max unable to connect to network

I’ve just received my new IPhone 12 Max, for some reason it’s not connecting to EE so cannot make/receive calls and texts, WiFi is working ok - any ideas?

It sounds like this is an upgrade phone, and you're an existing EE user.

 

If so, are you using the replacement SIM that came with the new phone, or your existing SIM from your old phone?

EE often supply replacement SIMs with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, your existing SIM doesn't fit or work. If your existing SIM does fit and works, there's your solution 🙂
