Any chance anyone can help me .
ordered a iPhone 12 pro 128gb graphite on the 23rd of October.
got told 2 weeks delivery and my status on the track app changed from expected delivery 3rd-6th of nov.
now it’s changed again to confirmed delivery

Hi
I ordered my iPhone Gold 256gb on the 26th October
Not had a confirmed delivery date yet but status has moved from pre order confirmed to Order on track. Spoke to someone at EE Customer Service and they advised me that I should be receiving the iPhone before the 13th November as they should be receiving a backlog of stock this week but not sure how true this is
Let me know when you receive your iPhone
Its just a waiting game at the moment

Orders will be fulfilled on a first come first served bases so back orders will be sent out first as we receive stock.
As soon as the device is ready to be dispatched, you will receive a text from DPD with your delivery details.

Hi
I spoke to someone from the customer service team and they were able to check with another department on the live stock updates of the iPhone
Are you able to check to see when iPhones will be back in stock
Also my order tracker hasnt changed to my address as i received a test message from EE saying that the phone will be delivered to the address on my account however looking at my tracker it still says EE Store
Is this correct?

Our shop pages update with the live stock and delivery timescales for each device.
These timescales will not be relevant if you have already reordered as you will be in the queue already to receive your device.
If you were advised 14 days for delivery this will have been the correct timescale for the time you ordered.
If your original delivery was to store and this has been amended due to store closures, the address will be updated to match the address we hold for you on your EE account.
If you would like to check these details or make any amendments, our customer care team will be able to complete this for you.

That’s fine an all but I got told 14 days from my order and it’s already surpassed that time . So what happens now ?

Hi @Jayb9,
If your order hasn't arrived on Saturday once the 14 days has passed then our customer care team will be able to check the details on your account.

no text from dpd so I’m taking it my phone isn’t arriving tomorrow as stated . Can something be done now . Wouldn’t mind if I got told straight about the date but everyone I’ve spoke to from EE has passed blame .
need this looking at ASAP please

What does it mean when you get a text saying “your order is on track” I’ve received this but nothing has changed.and have no delivery date etc!
