Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!
Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.
Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.
What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?
@Kyemaloy yes i did the pre-order through ee last year for the iPhone and this year for the Apple Watch. That was a bit of a change because I’d ordered previously through apple but they’ve been pretty good so far and as long as ee offer the anytime upgrade contracts I’ll likely keep ordering through them.
@J-C-D i did see that but then on my browser it also shows an order number box and an email address box and if you put these in it should show you the tracking which still says awaiting confirmation of delivery date
I get this a lot. Usually from clicking the tracking order link on the email.
clicking the email link again or manually entering the order number and email tends to resolve it
This is assuming you have had the email with the 00xxx order number in it, which came after the one starting with xko for me which didn’t work with tracking at all for me
Another 12 pro, 128gb pacific blue here. Ordered at 13.10 on Friday. Expected delivery 23rd (stated on confirmation email) XKO order number given and £50 up front payment taken on the day of ordering.
Tracker still says awaiting confirmation. 😞 seems to be the case for all.
Something I am a bit peeved about is I chose the £73 tariff for 40GB data and that tariff seems to have disappeared and been replaced with 100GB data now. Wonder if they change my plan..
Awww you lucky thing. Mines is still awaiting confirmation!!!! I will be so disappointed if I don’t get it on Friday! Have you ordered the mags safe charger? I did and the apple phone case, it’s not coming until November:( I hate waiting lol xx
Bit disappointed that after being told I’d get mine (256GB 12 Pro, Silver) on launch day that the tracking updated overnight to “expected delivery date:
26 Oct 2020 - 31 Oct 2020” - if so, I’ll miss the window to send my old iPhone to MusicMagpie and have to get a new price which means I’ll lose about £120...
