Oxford mobile signal

I live in the Oxford area and have absolutely no signal when in the house and nothing when outside until im at the city centre I only live a 10 minute bus journey away can anyone please explain

Digital phone: Missed calls indicator

I'm new to an EE digital phone. All seems to be working ok but the display is showing a number of missed calls and I want to clear out the list of missed calls. I can't see how to do it. Any ideas. Thanks.
