iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

this line is spun every year, passed on by staff who just assume/guess/make it up.

Is there any way I would get my phone tomorrow. I pre ordered it on the 16th at 5 pm bit I am still awaiting confirmation

but - this could be the case as it is public knowledge these devices have been very popular. More than what they were expecting.

I'm starting to get so frustrated. I ordered mine at 13:08 on friday 16th and they didn't charge me, they then emailed me on sunday saying there had been a problem with the payment and I had to call them on monday and pay over the phone, only then did I get the confirmation email. Now the order still says the delivery date is awaiting confirmation😭. 

I called up and the guy basically said maybe tomorrow ? but maybe not. SO annoying😭

A few minutes ago was worrying as order tracking still said that there is no information for this order and I had not received anyway dpd information. I was looking through his thread then checked back and tracking has just been updated and says delivery expected 23rd and dpd has updated as well and says 1 active parcel and expecting parcel shortly.

So it seems that people have no need to worry and you should have you dpd confirmation/ee order tracking update now or very soon.

I ordered the 12 pro 128gb Pacific blue on Friday at 1.05pm

Just got my DPD confirmation that it’s being delivered tomorrow!! I ordered mine at 2pm on pre order day. 128gb Pacific blue

So 20 mins ago an agent told me no phones were being shipped until Monday.

I just got my DPD text to say mine is coming tomorrow

@TheGavnor is your order still showing as expected dispatch in 24 hours? Or has it moved to dispatched?
