iPhone 12 Trade In Deal

For an upgrade to an iPhone 12 Pro Max the trade in deal states to trade in a fully functioning iPhone X or XR - does this mean you can’t trade in an iPhone 11 Pro Max?

I would suggest ringing customer service to find out about trading in your IPhone 11 Pro Max.

 

I have the 12 Pro Max, and it is a lovely phone, but there is a backlog for deliveries, as Apple did not predict how popular they would be and also due to the current situation, there does seem to be a shortage, although this could depend on the size of the storage and what colour and how many are waiting for theirs, as it is on a first come first serve basis, you will receive it when available, if you do decide to upgrade.
