So in Small Business, it shows the phone 12 Pro as "In Stock" so a week ago I cancelled my Apple store order and ordered from EE.
Today on EE it still shows as "In Stock".
But my order a week later is still "Delivery Awaiting Confirmation"
I understand its a new device and there are wait times but it would be helpful if you didn't show "In Stock" when it is not in stock so as to not raise expectations.
I eagerly and impatiently wait, hitting refresh far more often than my mouse was designed for.

Yes, the business team are really good and they suggested that it will be a 15 day maybe less timeframe.
I think that you have a bug on the business website where it shows in stock and it should be checked.

Well it's still showing as "In Stock" and still we wait for delivery.
Tried calling CS but after 1 hour on wait the agent put me through to "Deliveries" but somehow managed to send me back to exactly where am came from only last in the queue so I have given up.
I understand its a pandemic and its Apple and well patients is required.
What I think is wrong is keeping the phone as showing as "In Stock" as if it was not showing this I would not have cancelled and ordered from EE and I do not believe I am alone in this.
So I have gone from "In stock" to defiantly less than 15 days to I have no idea maybe sometime in 2020
It seem patients is required this time...
