SIM deactivated?

Poggy888
Visitor

Hi

I ordered a new physical SIM for me and my wife (Pay Monthly) as we had e-SIMs previously and I was upgrading to new phones.

The day after I placed the order over the phone with EE, both our SIM cards stopped working.

Is this normal and does this happen when new ones are on the way?

Thanks

Liam

Hi @Poggy888

Welcome to the community.

It depends on what the reason was used for selecting the replacements. If the old SIM cards have switched off, it means the new ones have been dispatched.

They're sent through the post and usually arrive within 2-4 days.

Hopefully you receive them soon.
