Software upgrade

I recently switched to a sim only business contract. Since then I have not received the November security patch nor the S9 upgrade that has been distributed to devices worldwide. Why?

My Samsung purchased Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is on 1st October and there is no update available for my device.

 

Your S9 is way down the line of Samsung updates, so when it's out for your device you will receive a notification.

Samsung update policy is werd. My S10+ has the November update but as @Northerner  states the S20 doesn't.
