Hi there,
We are a small business having a contract with you for broadband and landline. We would like to tranfer the phone number from the landline to an other voip service provider. If we do so, is this automatically mean we will lose the broadband with you too?

If you transfer your existing phone no. to a VoIP provider this will kill your BB stone dead & auto cancel your BB contract with EE with any consequential Early Termination Fees.

@Annity As the phone line is part of the BB contract you’ll need to pay off that contract and then have a BB only contract with EE, You’ll have to speak with customer services about the migration of the number to the voip service provider.
