Pre-ordered this phone, and was expecting it today as per advice given by the CS agent I spoke to. It's release day, I've heard nothing so I logged in to my account and it says "Awaiting confirmation" can anyone look into this for me please and give me an estimated delivery date?

Have you checked EE order tracking?
You will receive a text from DPD when your delivery is due to be made.

I have, in my original message, it states that the order status is "Awaiting confirmation" which is both unclear and unhelpful.
My question was an estimation on time until I'm likely to get a clearer delivery date

If you have a look in our online shop, it will give you an estimation on how long the dispatch will be on each variant.
The order tracker will update as soon as there is progress on your order.

same thing with me. Same order date, same phone (inc colour and GB) and was also told today for expected delivery. But still says awaiting confirmation. You’d think there’d be an update or delay message..

I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 and discussing it further with our team.
They will be able to give you an estimated timescale and also let you know which variants are available for a quicker delivery if necessary.
