iPad order

I ordered an iPad 12.9 at the beginning of December , was informed it was going to we shop 2wks ago , so phoned up last weekend to be informed it would go to warehouse and I would get an email to say it would be delivered to my home address in a couple of days due to COVID 19 but then received email to say line had been cancelled, I had to call EE to arrange another line , did this to be offered 11 I don’t want 11 I want 12.9 which was told out of stock , why can’t they send my 12.9 out to my address which had been cancelled through no fault of my own , shame on you ee, gonna look else where.

@Susan6019   The 12.9 is out of stock you can still have this but you’ll have to wait longer for it.  You can as only offered the 11” you don’t have e to have it.

So what happened to my iPad that was sent back to warehouse , why couldn’t you resend this to my home address xxxx

I would like this to be looked into , what happened to my iPad that went back to warehouse why couldn’t it have been sent out to me as I was informed last week when I spoke to a young man from we had told me this would happen and then when I rang last night to be informed that you might not get these in stock again , regards Susan.
