iPad order

I upgraded my iPad however I have not received an email or text telling me the date in which my product will be delivered, I also have not received anything to track my order.

@Natalieriddellx  you’ll only get tracking information once a device has been allocated to you.   You’ll need to call customer services to find out when it’ll be dispatched to you as I suspect EE don’t have stock of any.
