so i bought the new iPhone 12 pro because my old phone broke (i can't get onto it) i know my iCloud username and password but not the old number. i can't sign in because a code gets sent to the old number which i don't know.. how can i sort this out !?

Are you able to log in to your Apple ID via the web browser?

 

If you are unable to log in please visit the Apple website for help and support to recover your account.
