First come first served?

maybe it’s time to do announcement about stock shortage when we checking it on Yours webpage.

I Understand  apple shipments are delayed but not telling this to coustomers is a lie and a big one.

Childs are waiting for gifts and as much as grown person can wait child can’t.

One month to get order? Really ee?

At least respect peoples and make this announcement You have absolutely nothing from apple (I ordered watch 6 as well nothing)  and we have to wait months to get it.

Quess You won’t cuz someone would lost money. Hope You won’t lost many coustomers after this crap.

And I refuse to believe You have no answer to question when will You get this shipment.

Every company I worked for have knowledge about orders and time so why You wouldn’t.

instead of telling peoples when will You get it You selling us “first come first served crap”

Maybe some serious answer?

When will come next shipement and will this be enought to cover every order?

cmon ee. We are the customers, You own this to us...

Apple Watch 6 stainless stell 44.

Placed by my friend for me (xxxxxxx xxxxxxx)

There was nothing about despatch 21 day.

I read (most of time we despatch products in 24h with would be legit considering the think it was available)

why You selling unavailable thinks?

What do You think? If I would sell You something thru eBay and then ask You to wait long because I dont even have it?

This is lie and cheating nothing more.

What about apple shipment date I asked for?

Or maybe You want to tell me Ee don’t know it?

Same is happening to me same model I got told to reorder it and be here next day it’s in open sales order we will check that in total I’ve made 10 reorder in last 2 months and promised next day. I get from customer services I’m priority on this watch it will be delivered on flrst come basis I don’t worry I share your experience there and no answers at all

Hi @bazza12 & @Krystianka11165 ,

 

I've been in the same situation with a S6 44 Stainless Steel since 30th October when i ordered and paid my early upgrade fee.

 

I had to cancel the first order and place another over the phone yesterday when i chased an update as there was a problem with the order, with ETA of delivery being today (25/11). Nothing arrived so i called CS on 150 again to see what was going on and advised that for some reason the order system isn't automatically allocating available stock of the watches to open Sales Orders.

 

The advisor from CS spoke to the 'Supply Team' while i was on hold and manually allocated a watch to my order with another ETA of tomorrow (26/11) and that i'd receive a tracking update via text today.

 

Low and behold, 10:55am came around (90mins after the call) and i now have a DPD tracking number showing and can see it in the DPD App.

 

All this aside, there does seem to be a widespread issue in general with the EE Ordering system at the moment, which is a shame. But the best advice is to call CS on 150 choosing Option 1 for Account Queries and explain what i've mentioned above, in the hope this will help get your Watch here a little sooner!

Jus spoke to them said they cannot do that but there is 411 in stock so fingers crossed it’s jus a joke tbh but the thanks 

My friend who’s ordered send email to coustomer services but no one care to answer.

My contract with 3 is finishing in dec.

I tought I will move to ee but after I saw how ee team is lied to coustomers and avoiding answers for simple W about shipement I would rather pick my slow internet and service who respect me over nice internet speed and peoples who have coustomers deep in 🙂

Bet after this many peoples will do exactly the same...
