@Peter_Watthey   I don’t work for EE and this is a public forum.

It’s Apple beta not EEs  and EEs website works.   So the issue it’s with Apple beta not EE website as that works and EE have no input to how Apple are running this as its Apple beta. Apple need to find out why it’s not working as it should as it’s their issue.

Because EE website works.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Peter_Watthey  Your link can not be opened by me.  iPhone 12 Pro max on 15.0.2 and I don’t have private relay at all.

but ee.co.uk works.

just to add the iPhone 6 doesn’t support 15.0.2 it stopped on 12.5.5

I must have mis-typed, yes 6S.

ok go to Settings, your name, iCloud and turn private relay on (you must have at least 50GB iCloud subscription to get the new "iCloud+")

Go to Safari and make sure you have no EE tabs open (that may be tricky for you!)

then type in ee.co.uk

Private Relay is in Beta and this is not the only website that fails.

@Peter_Watthey   So it says it’s a beta.    What do you expect it’s a “beta”.     Not everything will work and that’s why it’s called a beta.

I thought that would be obvious.

to have private relay you just need to be purchasing extra iCloud storage space and seeing as I don’t need too I can not turn it on but that’s for the explanation on how to enable it.

Yes it is a beta function but in a public release iOS. Betas are for testing and as EE may have not have done any testing they might be interested in abnormal results from someone who has. They sell phones to people who do have iCloud+

Most websites work just fine.

What do I expect? Passing the results upwards.
Go on, waste 79p for a month and claim it back!

You are correct of course. Apple seem to think website owners should make changes but that is typically pompous

FYI I fixed it by changing Private Relay IP address Location settings to "Use country and time zone" in case it crops up again on here.
