I recently upgraded my iphone 7 to an xs and to get the deal i wanted i needed to trade my phone in. It needs to be gone by 2nd november, but i am yet to recieve a pack, and also i cant erase my old iphone yet as my apple id password is waiting to reset

I recommend speaking to our customer service team to see if they can re-send a return bag.
