how do i see a fully itemised bill with all calls made on a certain day

Hi @Rachelle1 @You would need to get Ee to add itemised billing onto your account it costs £1,50 a month but would only work going forward you wouldn’t be able to see previous bills

If you don't already have itemised billing, it won't be possible to request itemisation for past usage. If you would like to receive itemised bills in future, please get in touch with Customer Care.
