I have recently changed to sim only, my first direct debit was taken on the 13th August, i was then given an option to change my direct debit date so I changed it to the 10th of every month, please can someone tell me where I can find my direct debit date on the EE app as I can not find it now ?

@Bev54 : Your DD is not fixed to a specific date. It is your bill date that is fixed to a particular day of the month. On that day your DD is put in motion & is taken from your bank about a week later on the next business day.

You should be able to find your Direct Debit date at this link https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/direct-debit
I'm aware it's also shown in the app but the app is likely undergoing constant improvement so I cannot find online instructions to reach that information.
From a quick look at my current account, I can see the payment is taken on or after the date I have chosen which is the correct behaviour for Direct Debits.
