first bill problems

Hi there so last week i went instore to try pickup my p20 but passport was expired so told lady to cancel it ..also called up customer services to cancel but yet a week later theres my first bill saying the want to take £88 from my bank which £50 is a roaming charge by default
So no phone but a nice bill

Hi @jrocks
If the billing cycle had commenced then you will be billed but reimbursed if you didn't upgrade. If you want to check then call 150 and ask them when this £50 will be reimbursed.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

whats the point paying the bills if not got the phone sorry am new to ee
if store cant hand over the phone how can they bill me very strange

I recommend speaking to customer services. They have access to your account and will be able to find out what's happening with your bill.
