I am currently using a giffgaff sim and I'd like to use EE e-sim.
The EE website only allowed me to enter an existing EE number which I don't have.
I tried entering my giffgaff number on the EE website and it wouldn't allow it.
How can I make an e-sim by not already having an EE number?

Hi @Ahrirang
Welcome to the EE Community 😊
I hope you're well and having a nice day, are you up to much or is it a chilled one?
Can I just clarify exactly what it is you're trying to do. Are you with GiffGaff for your physical SIM, and would like an EE eSIM for the same phone. Is that correct?
Thanks
Chris

Hello,
To summarise,
I want to make a new e-sim number that I can use.
I do not mind if I can use my old number or not.
I would like an e-sim for my phone that has another number on it.

Thanks for clarifying that for me @Ahrirang
You should be able to select a SIM only deal, the request it be sent as an eSIM, is that the way you're doing it?
Thanks
Chris

You can't turn a GG SIM into an EE eSIM. You'd 1st need to order an EE SIM.
