data sim cameras

I am needing a data sim for camers ??? how much date would i need. can anyone help

@sarahanscomb  that’s gonna depend on a lot of things like what resolution is to camera ?  are these cameras going to be streaming all the time or just when movement has occurred within the cameras vision ?  Or are these just going to be logged in every now and again by yourselves just to see what’s going on ?

As @Chris_B mentions depends on the Video Format and Codec but as a very rough guide a Constent Video Stream -

 

720p is about 1gb per Hour.

1080p is about 1.5 to 2gb per Hour.

2k is about 3 to 4gb per Hour.

4K is about 6 to 8gb per Hour.
