I was told by a yesterday that i was able to upgrade to iphone 13 today but today a advisor is saying i cant,i am very angry

I recommend speaking with our upgrades team who can give you full information regarding an upgrade on your account.

It does say I can upgrade from 1st October but I haven’t been told about a early upgrade fee
