Got a new Doro, Sim card in old phone did not activate new phone, EE have sent TWO more Sim Cards, still no activate, new Doro shows message INSERT SIM, any ideas or similar experiences that can help? thanks.

@Laomedon1938 Have you put the sim in the correct way round ? If you have where did you get this new device from ?
