Reactivating a 4gee mini that I previously cancelled.

I have no idea if I’m posting this in the right place, so apologies if not! I had a 4gee mini box thing on a rolling monthly contract which I cancelled a few months ago when I had to temporarily move. I’m now back in my house and have no wifi or mobile signal downstairs. It’s only temporary (hopefully!!) so I was wondering if it was possible to reactivate/reconnect the original mini box I had?

@Saradavi   You’ll need a new sim that could be a data only sim which you can get via eBay or PAYG or even a new contract sim or even a rolling contract as you had before.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi there @Saradavi

Thanks for coming to the community.

We would be unable to activate your old SIM, you can use another EE SIM card in the WiFi device.

Our EE Shop has all our SIM only plans or Pay as you go packs that will come with a new EE SIM card you can use 🙂

Thanks.

Leanne.

Where you have no mobile signal a new SIM won't work.
