Hi,

Can you help me with how do I change my Direct Debit BANK CARD, please?

In your MyEE go to Menu/ Account Settings/ Manage My Cards.

Welcome to the community.

 

To change your direct debit you will need to get in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to access your account and help you to change this.
