Mobile contract

Hi, I have placed an order for the iPhone 12 but havnt received an order number or confirmation email. The £30 upfront fee is pending in my bank so unsure if the order is actually being processed or not?

If you haven't received a confirmation email of your order I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

They will be able to check your account and give you an update on the order.
