cant track order

I ordered an upgrade for my phone over a week ago and haven't heard anything about it being dispatched. I've tried using the order tracker but it responds with "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now. "

 

please can you help me with this

iPhone 13 pro max 128Gb graphite

I am having exactly the same issue. Received order confirmation on the 24th but have never been able to access any tracking info. Same make, model and colour

I ordered my upgrade in ee shop. My tracker showed this for  a week then went to dispatch.  My order date was 19th September and it was delivered 2nd October.  I had print out from shop with order date on. I took picture of it and the imei number off the box. My claim been received by samsung and they are dealing with it  currently.

We're currently awaiting more stock from the manufacturer for the iPhone Pro Max 128GB in Graphite. Orders will be sent out in the order in which they were placed.


DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver. Thanks for your patience so far.
