I have been with EE broadband for approx 12 months and have never been able to access my broadband account online.
i set up an EE account online account, but it is asking me to add services.
I tried to add my broadband account to this (i have never been issued with an account number), and after entering all my personal details, i get told i will be texted an access code, i never receive this code (i have checked my personal details and my phone number is correct). I tried to add broadband by using my bank details, but apparently my bank details are incorrect.
I have since closed my broadband account, and have received an unexpected final bill, so want to check what it is for.

Welcome to the community.
I'd recommend speaking to our Broadband Care team so they can try and give you access to your account or send you a copy of the bill.
