I have 3 accounts and since upgrading one of them it's the only account that you can't check usage, every time you click on minutes used or texts used it either crashes and says something has gone wrong or it tells you the previous accounts usage. It also has the old phone registered instead of the new phone, when I changed my sim into my new phone it changed straight away so not sure what is going on with the other account.

Thanks, yes happens on app and online but only on one account? I've deleted app, updated it, changed password, logged in and out of both app and online but still happens.
