Hello, I need some cancelling an order for the Apple Watch series 7, I cancelled it a few weeks ago and had confirmation of the cancellation but now suddenly the watch is still coming and I’ve tried ringing twice but because of the long waiting times I can’t seem to talk to anyone, I hope someone can help me

@Ecclesleanne If the device turns up just refuse the delivery as it’ll be returned. I would still call customer services about this although they can not stop the delivery if it’s already out for delivery.

Thank you, I’ve tried that again but I’m not still not able to talk to anyone yet, I would have kept it if it wasn’t for the fact that I’ve now gone over to sky mobile, and it won’t work with my phone now, although my series 5 seems to work with sky mobile

I end up waiting for a long time, there’s been an automated message saying that there are a lot of people needing help so the wait maybe 20 mins, and I end up listening to a lot of songs
