How can I I use my credit (£20) to by a data add on? If I try to buy it tells me none available.

if I log on to myEE and try to go

I get a message I am not identified as a customer.

Don't login to MyEE before going to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase

Thanks, I never imagined that logging on would block me! Yes, it worked as you said when I wasn't logged on.

Yes, the Add-on page has nowt to do with MyEE or being registered.
