broadband equipment delivery address

Hi,

I've order the broadband which will be activated on 28 Sep.

I received the text message today that the equipment will be sent in the next few days. I wonder if I will be able to select the date and the delivery address? Because I will move into the new apartment until 25 Sep, I am hoping if I could modify the delivery address or I could arrange the delivery date?

The BB router is usually delivered to the location of the BB service a day or 2 before the "go live" date. Otherwise talk to CS about this as this user discussion group can have no access to your a/c.
