mirabeau
Visitor

Hi

I just got my phone and first invoice.

Although the order confirmation and advert stipulate free delivery, i was charged 6.98 pounds.

In addition, the bill did not shows 10% as BT broadband customer.

Not a good start with EE ????

@mirabeau  if you order over the phone you are charged for delivery.  But if you’ve been offered free delivery have you had a look at your bill down to see exactly what it does say ?  While are you seeing you are being charged are you actually being charged as all charges will show before being removed.

And have you linked your accounts to get the 10% discount. EE don’t know you’re eligible for that unless you claim for it.  See THIS here.

are you also need to have an eligible EE tariff to have this.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
