broadband antenna

Recently took out mobile broadband fir a caravan after being advised coverage would be good 

Getting 0.5meg download speed,

Could ee supply an antenna to boost this or should I look to cancel?

I'm guessing you've not tried an EE phone in the same location to compare coverage & speeds..

 

What does the coverage checker say for the location?

Are you aware if anyone using an EE mobile is experiencing problems within this area?

 

As the coverage checker shows OK speeds, I would recommend giving us a call so our technical care team can look into this further.

Hi.

 

Yes a friend has the same issue and brought an antenna this weekend and is now getting 30mgbs download... but his contract was old whereas I've only just took mine out.
