Unable to reset EE perks password.

I have upgraded my phone so need my EE perks password. It is saying that it has sent my the link to reset but it hasn’t and I have used 2 different email addresses

Cannot register 20% NHS discount

The EE perks website keeps stating there is an error and I cannot register for the 20% discount. Please help?i also cannot get through on your helpline with in excess of 20 min wait times.

EE PERKS

I tried to log into my EE perks account but it said account deactivated and when I tried to make a new account it said that my email is already registered with an account so then I tried to reset my password but that didn’t work either.
