Lightphone 2 anyone?

Has anyone successfully used a lightphone 2 on the ee network yet? It's the only stripped back smartphone I can find that has gps and podcasts, the two features I would miss.  I am aware they don't list it as compatible, but cannot see any reason it ...

5G packs

I have heard that to access 5G, you must buy a 5G pack. However, on My EE, nothing mentions 5G or 4G anywhere. Can someone clarify?Also, if I do need to get a 5G pack, can I still use 4G and lower on it? do I need a new sim? If I was to move over to ...

Airpods

I added a set of AirPods to my plan on 11/11/21 and received an email titled ‘about your order’ confirming the price. However I haven’t heard anything since and don’t want to order again and be charged twice. What’s the wait time please?

Not receiving password reset link

Bill increase

My bill has gone up since august from 24 pounds to 32 pounds and I am unable to get in touch with EE by phone have tried on numerous occasion
