SIM Card not arrived

I ordered a replacement SIM as I bought a new phone and it needs  nano SIM, ordered it on 25th October 2020 it has still not arrived.

Placed an order on Sunday. No email from ee with an order number or message from dpd regarding delivery. To say there is a one day despatch of the item is a total fabrication.

I ordered a device over the phone 2 days ago, I have only had 1 email and said the estimated delivery date was yesterday. The upfront cost hasnt left my bank but the money to upgrade early has.

I am currently on ee 4g I have bought a new phone outside of we on 5g they are sending me a new 5g sim for new phone will I still keep my old number and if not what do I need to do thanks
