I ordered a replacement SIM as I bought a new phone and it needs nano SIM, ordered it on 25th October 2020 it has still not arrived.

Welcome to the community.
We've sent out combi-SIMs for a number of years now, are you sure your old SIM doesn't pop out into a nano-SIM?
If not, your replacement should have arrived by now. It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150 to make sure the order went through.
