I received a EE PAYG sim card and I want to move my Three number to EE.
The portal page for number moving is faulty. I'm entering valid numbers for EE number and my Three number but it won't accept. See screenshot.

@MK_SN Just give customer services a call and they’ll do this for you.

I'm reporting an error in the website code here, not about my individual application.
I did call the customer service and made the switch (after a lengthy wait), but it's normally supposed to be done online with this page.

This user discussion group doesn't fix bugs in EE systems. If you like you can report it to CS.

Hi @MK_SN
Welcome to the community.
Is it possible for you to post the URL to the page? I'll try and get this fed back.

Thanks @MK_SN
And the problem is that it isn't recognising your phone numbers, even though you typed them in correctly?

Yes, I was entering valid phone numbers but the website wouldn't accept (see screenshot I sent on my first message)
As of today I'm still waiting for the switch, I wasn't sure if the CS operator made the application correctly (he said he can't send a confirmation e-mail or a text etc) so I tried to reapply on the website. Now it won't accept my valid PAC code. See screenshot attached.

I'm sure they would have put it through, @MK_SN.
The port usually goes through the next working day, but can take up until midnight. The reason the PAC isn't being accepted may be because it's already been used by the agent you spoke to.
I've fed back the problem with the web page, so that it can be investigated.
Thank you.
Chris
