Moving none EE number onto new EE sim card

Hi,

I've just recieved an EE PAYG sim card and want to move my old Three number onto it. Whenever I try to use the switching provider form I am given this error message 'Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07'

I have tried using the switching provider form multiple times and on different browsers, is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Thank you.32323.png

You are putting the temporary no. of the EE SIM in the top field, not the no. you are wanting to port from 3?

Hi XRaySpeX,

I've been putting the new EE number in the top box and the old Three number in the bottom box, I get the same error every time.
