Need to close my ee account as wish to move to another provider. Seven days ago I received as requested a new ee sim card with a new contract. I now wish to close this contract which I believe I have 14 days to do so. Despite numerous attempts to do this I have not been able to speak with anyone in the Customer Care Department, every call I make is answered by a machine. Getting very frustrated about this.. Will someone please tell me what I am supposed to do to close this account
